* Nhiệm vụ chính:
1. Dịch Tài liệu kỹ thuật may/Phiên dịch/Liên lạc với xưởng may & công ty mẹ bên Nhật.
2. Quản lý đơn hàng:
- Tính số lượng vải cần thiết cho sản xuất, kiểm tra, quản lý tiến độ vải, xử lý vấn đề phát sinh.
- Quản lý tiến độ sản xuất hàng may tại xưởng đến khi xuất hàng.
- Kiểm tra chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu (CO, INV, PL..), liên lạc với công ty mẹ.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Tiếng Nhật (tương đương N2).
- Ưu tiên người có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại xưởng may hoặc công ty thương mại về dệt may.
- Ứng viên mới tốt nghiệp có thể ứng tuyển.
- Dưới 35 tuổi.
- Nhận việc càng sớm càng tốt.
Sales Support

Responsibilities:
1. Support for Selecting New Procurement Sources
- Arranging appointments with potential new procurement factories
- Interpretation services at potential new procurement factories
- Coordination during the launch of custom manufacturing of our products (not for purchasing ready-made products)
- Negotiation of prices and delivery schedules
- Translation of contracts (Vietnamese ⇔ Japanese)
- Includes day trips and business trips with overnight stays about once a month (including to the southern region)
2. Trade and Order Operations
- Confirmation of delivery schedules and order quantities with the Japan headquarters

Responsibilities:
- Working as Project Manager between the Japanese client company and Vietnamese developer company.
- Communicate and negotiate directly with Japanese customers.
- Receive and analyze requirements for software development projects.
- Define requirements and prepare specifications.
- Communicate them to the development team in Vietnam.
- As a project manager (PM), develop plans and manage progress.
- Manage the development team.
- The development team may be an in-house team or an external vendor, depending on the project.

- Recruitment (selection/interview) and education.
- Environment preparation.
- Internal rule creation.
- Create a structure for the development team.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Minimum 3 years of development experience.
- Development content: B2B systems and internal systems.
