Mô tả công việc

Sales Leader builds strong client relationships, proposes logistics materials, and develops new business with Japanese and local companies. The role also involves planning sales strategies, visiting clients.

* Responsibility:

- Strengthen relationships with existing clients and propose additional logistics-related materials.
- Develop new business with both Japanese and Vietnamese local companies.
- Plan sales strategies based on SNS utilization, on-site visits, and data collection.
- Establish and promote proposed based sales approach, which enhances work-efficiency for customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments including sales of Japan head company.
- Systematize sales methods and support the future development of junior sales members.

<General Information>
- Business Overview: sales of FIBCs (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) and logistics-related materials (pallets, drum container, etc.)
- Clients: Approximately 10 Japanese companies as main clients; expanding to local Vietnamese companies as well.
- Business Travel: Overnight business trips once every few months, depending on client needs

Yêu cầu công việc

- Over 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Ability to deeply understand client issues and develop solution-based proposals.
- Japanese at N2 level or higher (used for internal communication and client visits)
- English sufficient for email communication (with a view toward future expansion into neighboring countries)
- Highly motivated and self-driven individual (reflecting the company's proactive culture).

* Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the materials or logistics industry.
- Business experience with both Japanese and local companies.
- Experience in utilizing SNS and planning promotional activities.
- Experience in team management.
- Strong coordination and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
