The Chief Accountant cum Admin Manager oversees accounting, HR, and admin tasks, including bookkeeping, tax reporting, payroll, and financial statements.
* Responsibilities:
- Management and promotion of all back office operations (mainly accounting, but including HRGA)
- Execution of day-to-day bookkeeping and payment operations
- Develop workflow to improve organizational efficiency
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for the parent company, audit and tax authorities
- Calculation and filing of various taxes (corporate income tax, value-added tax, foreign contractor tax, personal income tax)
- Preparation of labor contracts
- Payroll and social insurance calculations
- Office equipment management, etc.
