Production Supervisor manages the entire production process, including planning materials and schedules. The role ensures on-time production, coordinates with Sales Admin.
* Responsibilities:
- Manage the production process, including raw material and packaging material purchasing plans, production planning, and PBO issuance and control.
- Coordinate with the Sales Administration team to ensure goods readiness and support other related tasks as needed.
- A technical background is not required, but we prefer candidates with Industrial Management (IM) or Industrial Engineering (IE) background.
- At least 5 years of team management experience.
- English proficiency: Intermediate level is acceptable.
- We prefer candidates who are currently based in Da Nang, Quang Nam, or Quang Ngai.
