Production Control Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing production management, materials, and labor management. This role involves implementing management policies, launching the production management department, and leading ERP system implementation.

* Management:
- Planning/implementing management policies, overseeing production management/materials, labor management.
- Responsible for launching the production management department.
- Practical testing of the ERP system (using McFrame) and leading its in-house implementation.
- Formulation of department regulations/production management/materials processes.
- Team skill development, performance evaluation, staff management/development.
- Creating factory costs and cost structures and cost management.
* Production and shipping plan management:
- Liaison office with Japan headquarters.
- Formulation and execution of production and shipping plans.
- QCD management (quality, cost, delivery date)
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership position or higher in the production management department of an electronics manufacturing factory.
- 5+ years of practical experience in production management/materials management at an electronics manufacturing factory.
- Practical experience in general production management, QCD management (quality, cost, delivery date)
- Experience using the McFrame system at a manufacturing factory.
* Preferred Skills:
- Experience in starting up a new factory.
- Expert knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
- Expert knowledge of cost management and budget management.
- Practical experience in trade in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Practical experience in materials management for electronic or mechanical parts.
- Practical experience in customs or the logistics industry.
