Service Engineer installs, repairs, and maintains company equipment at customer sites. The role also includes promoting parts and providing emergency support to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Responsibilities:

- Repair of company equipment at customer factories.
- Installation of equipment at the time of delivery.
- Promotion of other parts during customer visits (some sales aspects involved)
- Business trip about 3〜4 times a year to Nghe An, Da Nang, HCM etc.
- Emergency repair support may be required on weekends.
* Training on mechanical and electrical knowledge will be provided after joining.

- Products: Plastic Molding Equipments
- Customers: Mainly Japanese and local companies, with some Korean companies

- Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering-related major (e.g., mechanical, electrical, physics, architecture, etc.) with a willingness to learn the mechanical and electric systems.
- Over 2 years of working experience (any kinds of full-time job).
- Japanese: N2 level (certificate not required)
- Basic English (reading/writing only, for document handling)
