* Responsibility:
- Visit partner factories in northern Vietnam to oversee quality control operations.
- Inspection and quality control of apparel products, including checking against quality standards, proposing improvements, and preparing reports.
- Communication and coordination with senior management at headquarters as well as external clients.
- Internal training and staff management.
