The Paint Development Team Leader develops and improves both standard and custom paint products. This role also investigates customer complaints, finds root causes, and works with customers to provide clear solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Product development and quality improvement, including both standard and customized products.
- Cause investigation of customer complaints; on-site inspection, laboratory reproduction testing, root cause analysis, and planning customer-facing explanations.
