The Paint Development Team Leader develops and improves paint products and handles customer complaints. This role includes testing, root cause analysis, and providing clear explanations to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Product development and quality improvement, including both standard and customized products.
- Cause investigation of customer complaints; on-site inspection, laboratory reproduction testing, root cause analysis, and planning customer-facing explanations.
