Production Technology Manager leads production strategies, improves manufacturing performance, and ensures stable technical operations. The role includes managing equipment, boosting productivity and safety, and developing organizational and human resources.

* Responsibilities:

1. Strategy planning and operations management
- Formulate and implement strategies, policies and procedures to maximize profits in manufacturing.

2. Operations Leadership
- Lead the improvement of PIH & Die Mold production capacity, machine safety and productivity, and strive for continuous improvement.

3. Maintenance/technical management
- Supervise the repair and maintenance of molds and related equipment, and maintain and improve a stable production system.

4. Organizational development and human resource development
- Fostering high-performance organizations through evaluation, motivation management, and human resource development.

<Business Overviews>
Product: Mainly automotive relays

- Metal press die design or maintenance: Above 10 years (design background is preferred)
- Management experience.
(*Who have worked on small electronic/electrical mold products, rather than plastic or large metal mold products)
- English: Internal communication level (ability to  communicate with Japanese).
- Understand the culture of Japanese company.

* Preferred Skills:
- Work experience: (*refer the internal memo)
- New product launch experience.
- English: Business level.
