You will be responsibility for the following duties at a company that manages facilities such as commercial facilities, buildings, and factories.

Responsibilities:
- New sales development (mainly handling Japanese clients)
- Follow-up existing clients.
- Manage the sale department.
- Reporting for the Japanese Branch General Manager.
- Business trip (about 1 - 2 times/ 3 months)
- Emergency customer support on weekends and at night (*as necessary)

<Business Overviews>
- Clients: Japanese, local company.
- Industries: Factory, commercial facility, office building, etc.
- Areas: Hanoi and around other Northern regions.

- Sales experience: Above 5 years (in building maintenance, management, facility,  real estate, etc.)
- Management experience.
- Knowledge of facility.

<Language>
- Japanese: Above N2 - N1 level (ability to communicate with Japanese clients)
- English: Above reading and writing level.
