The Senior Sales Lead drives growth by finding key leads, creating proposals, and closing deals. The role includes hitting sales goals, managing contracts and projects, and working with teams to support client success.

* Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation to Proposal and Closing
- Identify and pursue high-potential leads.
- Design tailored proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
- Lead presentations, negotiations, and closing with full accountability.

2. Achieving Sales Targets and Driving Business Growth
- Take ownership of personal revenue goals.
- Manage both new and existing opportunities to maximize growth.

3. Sales Strategy Design and Improvement
- Propose and refine sales strategies using market insights.
- Share internal knowledge to improve team performance.

4. Contract Negotiation and Project Oversight
- Handle commercial negotiations and finalize contracts.
- Oversee project delivery and manage sales pipeline/reporting.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration and Team Enablement
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Planning, Operations, etc.).
- Drive internal coordination to ensure client success.

6. Service Development Based on Client Needs
- Identify unmet client needs and market trends.
- Lead new service/product development in coordination with teams.
- Continuously enhance service value and competitiveness.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Over 4 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in an advertising or digital agency.
- Proven ability in new business development (0→1), from building target lists to client outreach and deal closure.
- Strong English communication skills, capable of handling business negotiations and meetings confidently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and understand client needs.
- Demonstrated track record of proactively generating leads and delivering measurable revenue results.
- Strong numerical literacy and a high level of accountability for achieving sales KPIs and targets.

*Preferred Skills:
- Experience in or deep understanding of the Vietnam / ASEAN market, including cultural and business practices.
- Leadership in creating sales proposals or developing sales strategies.
- Experience working in a startup or early-stage business environment.
- Interest in developing services based on customer needs and market trends.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring teammates and building scalable sales processes.
- A business mindset with a strong commitment to revenue and profit contribution.
