Sales Assistant Staff supports the sales team with data entry, document management, customer service, and communication with the Japanese headquarters. The role also involves using internal systems, participating in meetings, and providing interpretation when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry/system support: Using our own product to enter and register customer's drawing data.
- Communication with the Japanese headquarters: Reporting on work progress and participating in meetings.
- Sales/back office support: Managing invoices and documents, supporting sales staff and compiling data.
- Interpretation: Interpretation for Japanese or Vietnamese staff.
- Customer support: Building relationships with customers, customer management and support.
