General Accountant handles daily accounting tasks, ensures accurate financial records, and prepares reports as required by regulations. The role also manages revenues, expenses, taxes, receivables/payables, and supports audits and tax inspections.
* Responsibilities:
- Collect and process data and accounting documents according to arising economic operations
- Check and control the legality, rationality and validity of the documents and accounting books
- Recording for revenues, expenses, depreciation, recording VAT, corporate income tax, etc.
- Monitor and manage receivables and payables
- Recording for cost allocations, such as tools costs, short/long term prepaid costs...
- Recording for depreciation of fixed assets
- Perform transfer and allocation entries; Compare the data and make detailed statistics of those allocations
- Prepare financial reports according to regulations
- Carry out monthly reports (e.g. tax reports, tax declarations...), internal reports as required (income and expenditure reports, revenue - profit reports...)
- Arrange and store accounting books and documents carefully and scientifically
- Work with tax authorities, auditing companies and parent companies when necessary
- Other tasks as requested by superiors.
