Management Trainee supports restaurant operations and team development to ensure excellent customer service. The role focuses on staff training, promoting Japanese-style hospitality, and coordinating with managers and chefs to improve service quality.
* Responsibilities:
- Manage overall customer service operations at restaurants in Vietnam.
- Build and implement training programs for local staff.
- Lead the promotion of Japanese-style service and hospitality at the local level.
- Coordinate with store managers and head chefs to optimize restaurant operations.
- Promote PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle to improve service quality.
- Communicate and report to the Japan head office when necessary.
