The Sales & Marketing Executive drives sales growth by managing marketing activities, finding new customers, and promoting products. The role also includes handling customer support, building relationships.
Responsibilities:
- To meet sales budget (volume and sales value).
- To manage and improve all aspects of sales & marketing activities assigned including:
- Developing new markets.
- Investigating market trend, market size, and value chain.
- Securing new customers and selling into new applications.
- Promoting new grades and products.
- Attending to customers queries and resolving customer complains.
- Providing basic technical service to the customers with support from Technical Service team.
- To promote the products also to key stakeholders such as brand owners, machine makers, raw material makers for better relationships and creating new projects.
- To enhance market recognition of the products through presentations in related associations, conferences, exhibitions, and others.
- To liaise with Reginal Offices in sales, marketing and technical related matters.
