The Sales & Marketing Executive handles marketing and sales for Japanese clients and candidates. This includes creating content, promoting services, responding to inquiries, and working with internal teams for smooth delivery.
* Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Activities
A. B2C Marketing:
- Collaborate with internal teams and/or agencies to develop and publish Japanese-language marketing content to attract:
+ Japanese candidates currently living and working in Vietnam.
+ Vietnamese candidates interested in working in Japan.
- MKT content translation tasks
- Support in monitoring and analyzing marketing performance and propose improvements as needed.
B. B2B Marketing:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agencies to implement promotional campaigns for Japanese clients.
- Support in creating Japanese-language content for specific MKT campaigns or outbound communication.
- Be responsible for organizing B2B webinars/events
- Other MKT tasks assigned by MKT team leader
2. Inside Sales – Japanese Clients:
- Support the execution of the Salary Survey campaign.
- Provide service information to Japanese clients and promote the Salary Report.
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and assist clients through the decision-making and contract process.
- Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately record client interactions and updates in the company’s internal system.
