You will be responsible for supporting sales activities related to the installation of solar power systems for factories, distributors.
* Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings
- Handle order processing, input data into internal systems, and track progress
- Support existing clients, mainly through coordination with local distributors
- Assist Japanese business travelers (e.g., making restaurant reservations, arranging schedules)
- Accompany client visits, including those to industrial parks
- Provide interpretation and translation between Japanese and Vietnamese (for meetings, documents, catalogs, etc.)
