Mô tả công việc

1. South Sales Manager
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in South of Viet Nam market complied with code of conduct.
- Provide leadership and manage District Sales Manager, Team Leader and Medical Representative towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and mission.
- Establish business vision and strategies to expand the sales and customers based on the marketing strategies.

2. Marketing Manager
- Develop product management strategies and product promotion plan associated with new and existing products including short term plan and mid to long term plan.
- Manage, implement and control the approved the Products Management Plan and Budget.
- Manage to provide the marketing support activities and product training to sales team in order for them to achieve the approved sales target of the assigned products and the effective budget utilization.
- Advise superior of emerging market trends which may lead to product/service innovation.
- Direct research of new/existing products and market acceptance research.

3. Sales and Market share
- Develop & manage business development strategies & action plans for company’s product portfolio at managed territories in both short and mid-term.
- Allocate business targets for the assigned Medical Representative based on the business analysis & potential territories & resources.
- Manage & monitor the implementation of business action plans to achieve the business targets, territories & customer coverage.
- Manage the implementation promotional materials request & allocation for the assigned areas productively & timely.
- Manage Medical Representative to coordinate & support the marketing activities (group presentation, customer meeting/ symposium ...).
- Build & develop good relationship with customers & new potential territories.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and manage customer expectations pro-actively.
- Analyze and evaluate market changes, competitor ’s activities and propose the amendment and adjustment to the current business plan productively, aligned with the company’s regulation.
- Coordinate with Marketing team for promotion, group presentation activities.
- Comply, review and prepare periodical reports to be submitted to direct manager.
- Maintain effective communication and working relationship across functions.
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

4. Sales Management
- Inform and coach the supervised Medical Representative the relevant policies & regulations relating to business & customers efficiently and timely to ensure their strict implementation and solve their daily operational issues as deemed necessary.
- Analysis training needs for Medical Representative. Coordinate with HR & Marketing teams to organize training sessions.
- Manage the team expenses within approved budget and comply with company’s regulation.

5. Marketing Management
- Create and propose the Products Management Plan: Vision, Objectives, Strategies and Budget/Action Plan/Promotional Activity Plan for the Companies product portfolio and submit to the direct supervisor for approval.
- Manage, control and implement the approved Product Management Plan align with Vision, Objective, Strategies. Budget/Action Plan/Promotion Activity Plan of the assigned products, coordinating the following activities for introduction to the market. Development of Brochures, Advertising, Sales/Product training, Scientific Meetings.
- Manage to gather, update and provide medical/product knowledge and information for sales team and others.
- Visit opinion leader/customers to gather market/medical information and maintain good relationship.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties, concerned government agencies and suppliers, on the preparation and promotional materials, conducting scientific meetings etc.
- Collaborate with licensers & licensees for product promotion functions.
- Collect existing and potential competitive products information.
- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned or directed.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from University /College in Medical and Pharmacy University.
- Good at communication in both Vietnamese and English.
- Have a degree related to pharmaceutical field.
- Have 5 years of experience in same position in pharmaceutical companies.
- Expertised in pharmaceutical business.
- Good at communication.
- Good at the computer as Word, Excel, Power point.
- Careful, honest, enthusiasm and have a sense of responsibility to work.

 

* Benefit:

- Transportation Allowance: 1.300.000/month.
