1. Manager duties
- Managers have a management perspective and are responsible for maximizing team performance. This position goes beyond individual achievement and accelerates the growth of the entire organization.
- In addition, the manager position we are recruiting for will be a leadership position that will oversee not only the sales department, but all other departments.
2. Main business activities
- Goal setting and strategy planning
- Setting goals and planning for teams and departments (half-yearly)
- Planning and implementing strategies to improve business performance (including new business development)
3. Business management and progress
- Optimizing and streamlining business processes
- Managing member progress and evaluating results (Across the board )
4. Member management and training
- Guidance and training of subordinates, evaluation and feedback
- Motivation and team building
5. Internal and external coordination and reporting
- Coordination with other departments
- Reporting to management and decision-making support
6. Problem solving and risk management
- Identifying issues and problems and implementing countermeasures
- Predicting and managing business risks
