Sales staff handles contract terms, pricing, and follows up on delivery, payments, and shipping documents. The role also manages customer credit, explores new business opportunities, and works with internal departments.
* Responsibilities:
- Discussing for the contract term/price, closely follow up the delivery, payment and related shipping documents after sales.
- Controlling the debt and credit line with existing customers.
- Finding potential customers, develop new business.
- Coordinate well with other Departments of company.
- Steel industry working experience for sales staff around 2-3 years, especially Construction materials.
- Experience in working with Contractors of construction, Civil, EPC or PEB fields is preferred.
- Patience, Friendly, Be open, and proactively and flexibly learn and accumulate knowledges and experiences even in a new field.
- Good ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

- Able to go to business trip.
- Bachelor and above.
- Fluence in English communication.
