Sales and Marketing Staff is responsible for promoting products and building sales strategies to grow the customer base. The role includes client negotiation, preparing presentations, and supporting marketing efforts.

* Responsibilities:

- Understand products imported from Japan, prepare business negotiation materials, and conduct negotiations with clients. 
- Translate Japanese and English documents into Vietnamese. 
- Create presentation materials in Vietnamese. 
- Conduct product explanation presentations in Vietnamese. 
- Develop sales plans, negotiate and coordinate with advertising agencies. 
- Prepare monthly sales reports, report to stakeholders, and propose and execute improvement measures.
- Business Trips; Domestic business trips available.

- Language skill:Japanese: N2. 
- English reading and writing are essential for trade documents.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in sales and marketing.

* Preferred Skills:
- Not averse to handling a wide range of tasks. 
- Experience working at a Japanese import trading company (regardless of industry). 
- Sales experience in Japanese cosmetics and daily necessities.
