Mô tả công việc

- Specialize in the sales of chemical products, and complete the sales target and new customer development target set by the company.
- Develops contact list and prospects to find new business and customers while utilizing multiple sources to develop prospect list.
- Develop and implement customer visit plans and listen to their wishes and concerns, approach – follow – negotiate – offer quotation – close deal – payment: Full process for hunting and winning opportunities to supply the company products, and assist managers in formulating sales strategies.
- Establish a good cooperative relationship with customers, do a good job in technical support and after-sales service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Hard working, continuously develop new customers through phone calls, business trips, etc., and increase sales revenue.
- According to market development and customer demands, sales forecast and make timely adjustments according to market conditions.
- Responsible for maintaining customer relationships, providing high-quality services, and conducting continuous development.
- Develop new customers, develop new markets, and expand product sales.
- Process the order and follow up the delivery of the order, and collect the funds of the accounts receivable in time.
- Market research and analysis, report the market research report and suggest ideas for future market development.
- Sales Planning and summary Monthly/ Weekly basis report to Team Leader or Manager.
- Actively participate in various meetings and trainings, handle internal coordination and teamwork with relevant departments.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisors.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Major in Chemistry is preferable).
- Good at Chinese or English (Chinese is preferred).
- Have work experience in foreign companies.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales.
- Having experience in Chemical Sales (Chemical for power industry is preferred).
