- At first, you will be involved in overall sales and sales strategy operations together with Japanese nationals.

* Sales Strategy
1. Create a sales strategy for POS System.
⇒In the future； Market research and the creation of a sales strategy structure to expand not only in Vietnam but also in Southeast Asia.
2. Building B to B alliances with distributors and companies.
3. POS System Sales & Digital Marketing Business (Japanese required).
4. Advising on the design and functional aspects of POS System.
5. Sales to Japanese and local salons.

* Sales
- Product, Customer management, sales management, and business analysis system for beauty salons.
- Target customers; foreign companies ( mostly Japanese and Korean), local beauty salons, nail salons, massage, etc.
- Using digital marketing, etc., the sales mechanism is built in Japan.
- Provide services tailored to the customer's needs, such as UI modification for Vietnam.

- Japanese: N2 (for engineers in the company and in Japan).
- Those who have experience in sales or marketing and who have the potential to perform the above tasks interested in beauty.

* Preferred Skills:
- Experience in analysis and marketing is welcome.
- Self-motivated and interested in sales strategy.
- Those with experience in Online Travel Agency (OTA) or online real estate platforms are welcome.
