* To manage our joint venture projects in terms of the following Sales & Marketing items by working closely with internal team and external local partners, sales agents and any business associates related to the business.
- Manage Sales strategy and marketing plan.
- Manage Sales schedule, Pricing, Sales policy, Sales budget, etc.
- Manage and report Sales progress, Status of contract customers,etc.
- Check documents related to Sales & Marketing such as brochure,sales and purchase agreement,etc.
* To manage our joint venture projects in terms of the following After-sales items too.
- Manage and report handover progress, etc.
- Manage Propety Management plan and PM agreements, etc.
- Check documents related to after sales such as handover material and property management service agreement etc.
* To conduct Market Research.
- Summarize the quartely Real Estate market reserch, Collect and share daily business news, etc.
- Investigate and share the information about competitor's projects.
- Other responsibilities including market intelligence, meetings organization, reporting and any other required administration works.
