Mô tả công việc

- Find potential customers by utilizing his/her own existing networks as well as other information source to develop new investment opportunities of renewable energy projects (mainly rooftop solar projects and battery energy storage system).
- Make commercial proposal, negotiate and finalize contracts (written in English) with customers, EPC contractors and suppliers.
- Develop relationship with customers, relevant local authorities at all levels including executive level.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders of the power sector in Vietnam.
- Coordinate with the internal team domestically and internationally for commercial, technical, finance, legal and other issues to align the course of actions.
- Research and update all local regulations related to power sector in Vietnam.
- Collect and share any and all kinds of information related to power sector in Vietnam.
- Facilitate performance and solidarity of team members to provide excellent technical, commercial and legal support to the stakeholders. 
- Contribute to formulate the company strategic development plan. 
- Update all business development activities to the Management closely and regularly, and analyses the business information for assisting to the Management’s making strategies.
- Perform other duties at executive level as requested by the Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- A bachelor’s degree in commercial-related major (business administration, business and commerce etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as sales/commercial manager or assistant manager (investment experience is preferred).
- His/her existing networks with potential customers (mainly manufacturing companies) 
- Developer’s mind and skills, and sales communication required for business development to unknown potential customers (finding business opportunities, building relationship, contract negotiation, project management etc.) 
- Studying and understanding of local regulations related to the power sector
- Respecting/Facilitating team work always, sharing information and coordinating with team members closely for success of projects 
- Excellent written and oral communication skill for attracting customers and stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve problems.
- Fluent English speaker(Vietnamese as mother tongue).
- Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Available to travel regularly.

* Preferred Skills:
- Experiences and/or familiarity with power and/or rooftop solar projects.
- Experiences in supervising or handling permission process to the authorities.
- Studying and understanding of local regulations related to the power sector.

 

* Benefit: 

- Bonus: 13th month plus performance bonus.
- Annual leave: 18 days
- Company will pay PIT and SHI for staffs during probation time.
- Working time: 8 hours/ day excluding time break (1.5 hours) from 8:00 -  5 days/ week, from Mon to Fri.
