The Sales Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in driving new business development and managing existing customer relationships for a US capital company.
Responsibilities:
<Sales Player Work (70%)>
- Mainly Develop a new sales of US capital company.
- Partly Follow up existing customers.
<Management Work (30%)>
- Reporting: Monthly sales and profit reports, and reporting on top prospective customers each month.
- Sales Strategy: Planning sales strategy and budget for the next year.
- Management of two staffs: mentoring, approval of estimates, and attendance management.

- In HCM, there is a large export of clothing.
- We also handle importing industrial parts and exporting finished products such as for automobiles.
