We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. The candidate will support the sales operations by managing orders, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring smooth logistical processes.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process P/O from customers, check quantity, price, etc.
- Contact with insurance company for issuing cargo insurance.
- Supply shipping documents (INV, P/L, AWB) to customers.
- Receive shipping documents (INV, PL, AWB, etc.) from suppliers.
- Confirm the cargo has reached the customer’ stock safely.
- Send documents related to sales/purchase to accountant.
- Update data to company's software.
- Make principal contract, purchase/sales/service contract to suppliers.
- Follow-up and update P/O, confirm delivery time to suppliers.
- Manage inventory.
- Import-export customs clearance.
- Make sales report.
- Coordinate with sales PIC to handle trouble at customer if have.
- Others works concerning to sales under assignation of Supervisor and General Director.
- Work mainly at the office in HO CHI MINH, and go out to consumers/suppliers’ factories by company’s car.
