We are seeking a Real Estate Investment Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of business operations related to office building projects, overseeing project finance conditions, and leading the acquisition of new projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Management related to office building projects
- Company management (administration of project company, controlling leasing team and operation team )
- Manage project finance conditions to align with company objectives and financial strategies.
2. Acquisition of New Projects
- Evaluate potential projects, considering development structure, project cash flow, and contract terms.
- Lead negotiations with partners and prepare project contracts to ensure favorable terms.
- Handle all legal procedures associated with the acquisition and management of real estate projects.
