The Operator Staff will oversee a team of 30 operators in an EPE company specializing in the assembly of medical catheters. This role involves managing the production chain, ensuring the accurate interpretation of technical data, and training staff on new product assembly processes.

Responsibilities:

- Management of operators (30 people) in an EPE company assembling medical catheters.
- Receive information and data on new products forwarded from Japan.
- Reading of technical data and figures, and preparation of sample products.
- Training and instructing operators to make new products.
- Manage operators in the production chain.

- Japanese N1 level.
- Those who are interested in company's products and work.
- Those who have graduated from uni in Japan.
- Must have manufacturing experience.
