The Sales Assistant supports the sales team through the entire process, from quotations and coordination with factories to contracts, delivery, and after-sales service.
* Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Sales Support:
- Coordinate with Business Development (BD) to clarify technical specifications
- Communicate with factories/OEMs to confirm specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Prepare quotations and submit for internal approval within 48 hours
- Create supporting documents such as technical comparison sheets and commercial term summaries
- Input pricing and project data into the CRM/Salesforce system
- Assist in the preparation of bid documents and product registration materials
2. Post-Sales Support:
- Draft sales contracts, order confirmations, and commercial terms (payment and delivery conditions)
- Monitor the progress of contract signing and handle necessary modifications
- Support changes related to product model, quantity, and delivery timeline
- Coordinate with factory and technical teams to ensure delivery readiness
3. Logistics Support:
- Confirm and update delivery schedules, and report to BD
- Coordinate with logistics service providers for accurate and timely delivery
- Prepare and verify full set of delivery documents (delivery note, handover record, CO/CQ, packing list, VAT invoice)
- Monitor payment status and support debt collection in collaboration with Sales and Accounting teams
