Sales Staff is responsible for gathering market information, maintaining contact with industrial parks and potential customers, especially foreign companies.
* Responsibilities:
- Create a list of industrial parks (IP/IZ) and consultants, including contact persons (PICs).
- Visit IPs/IZs to gather company trends and business information.
- Visit IPs/IZs at least once a month. Phone or email can be used if needed.
- Make a list of foreign companies (Japanese, European, Asian, American), grouped by business type or location.
- Introduce NV to Japanese and local managers, and collect info related to construction plans.
- Report visit results to the Board of Directors and get feedback.
- If important info is found, Japanese staff contacts the client, checks the situation, and visits if needed.
- Make a list of target customers to visit.
- Assess customers' potential construction needs.
