Mô tả công việc

Sales Executive works with existing clients by proposing solutions, handling requests, and solving issues. Responsibilities include preparing documents, coordinating with teams, reporting sales activities, and occasional travel to China.

* Responsibilities:

- Propose solutions to existing clients (includes presentations in English)
- Prepare quotations and invoices; coordinate with internal departments
- Handle troubleshooting and respond to customer issues
- Create regular sales activity reports
- Possible business trip to China (approximately once a year)

- Services: Comprehensive logistics solutions including sea freight, air freight, warehousing, customs clearance, trucking, import/export support
- Client portfolio for this position: 60% Chinese companies / 40% Japanese companies

Yêu cầu công việc

- English: Advanced (used for client communication and presentations)
- Chinese: Basic (HSK3〜; able to handle email exchanges and basic listening comprehension)
- New graduate are welcome.
