Mô tả công việc

- Promote sales activities in the local market for paper materials and paper products.

- Conduct existing sales and develop new business with local customers.
└Sales activities for retailers that handle paper (70% of current business)
└Sales activities for manufacturers that handle paper (stationery manufacturers, etc. The current percentage is 30%, so we want to strengthen new business development in this market)
* For the manufacturing industry, there are projects for paper products such as notebooks, printed labels, stationery, cardboard, and packaging specifications that handle paper materials.
* For sales activities centered in the south, it is expected that you will go out about once a week (the company will bear the cost of sales activities).
* For the north, it is expected that you will go out once every two months for about 3-4 days each time.

- Dealing with suppliers, including those in other countries in Southeast Asia.
* Immediately after joining the company, you will start by accompanying the Japanese (Chief Representative) and Vietnamese BizDev Manager.In the future, you will be expected to take on a position as a Vietnamese top manager, so the company expects you to grow quickly.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 7 years of experience in sales at a trading company.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales of paper materials and paper products.
- Intermediate level of English (for dealing with clients in Southeast Asia, both inside and outside the company).
- Someone who can lead sales activities in the local market (someone with initiative, like a foreman).
- Someone who is not averse to business trips.

- Humanity that can foster one's own relationships while also leading to sales activities
- Experience working for a trading company that handles paper
- Experience developing new businesses
- Experience working in a sales position at a manager level (e.g. performance management, policy planning, etc.)
