The General Director will lead the establishment and growth of a company specializing in health drink jellies. This role involves overseeing the initial setup, including the selection of an accounting firm and completing the necessary procedures for corporate establishment. Post-establishment, the General Director will focus on market research, business development, and maintaining effective communication with both local and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

* Pre-Establishment Duties:
- Select and liaise with an accounting firm.
- Complete all necessary procedures for setting up the corporation.
- Outsource any accounting or general affairs tasks that cannot be performed internally.

* Post-Establishment Duties:
- Market research and information gathering in Vietnam
- Selection of target companies (retailers)
- New business development for retailers in HCMC areas
- Communication with forwarding company
- Weekly meetings in Japanese (Japan headquarters & Cambodian base)

- Japanese: Above N2 level (ability to communicate fluently with Japanese people).
- Sales experience to retail stores: Above 3 years (FMCG, etc.)
- Independent-minded person who wants to start a business in the future.
- Person who wants to be involved in market research and new business development from the start-up fase.
