The Financial Manager will oversee all accounting procedures, including financial accounting (VAS and IFRS), tax, managerial accounting, and cash management.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible all accounting procedures: Financial accounting (VAS and IFRS), Tax, Managerial accounting, Cash management.
- Manage and control the day-to-day activities in Finance & Accounting Division.
- Monthly reports to General Director.
- Reviews cost accounting. Performs Internal Control.
- Cash flow forecast and control in daily, daily bank transaction control, and loan related transaction.
- Handles internal and external audit.
- Transfer pricing document preparation.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are genuine, correctly calculation.
- Ensure estimates, accruals, prepayments, provisions and calculated balance are appropriate, supported and base on sound information.
- Proficient in using Excel and financial software (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.), with data analysis skills;
- Familiar with Vietnamese tax, accounting standards and regulations, holding relevant professional certificates is preferred.
- Experience in finance at Sharp Vietnam factory is preferred;
- Experience in collaborating with multinational corporations or multiple branches is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance or related majors;
- More than 1 years of local accounting experience in Vietnam, familiarity with manufacturing/factory financial processes is preferred;
- Fluent in Vietnamese and good communication skills in Chinese (required to handle Chinese reports or cross-border collaboration)
