The Finance Manager Cum HR is a dual-role position responsible for managing the financial operations and human resources functions of the organization. This role involves overseeing financial processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting HR activities to foster a positive company culture and efficient workforce management.
Responsibilities:
1. Finance Tasks:
- Review all payment and borrowing documents prior to CEO authorization.
- Head the Price Checking Committee to oversee tool and service procurements, ensuring fraud and corruption prevention.
- Oversee the month-end closing process and review standalone general ledgers each month. Examine monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated - packages, analyzing irregularities in balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and significant account changes.
- Prepare forecasts for profit & loss and cash flow.
- Review reports submitted to tax and customs authorities.
- Actively participate in providing accounting data for tax audits and inspections by central or provincial agencies.
- Liaise with external auditors, bankers, and legal teams for financial audits, ensuring timely submission of financial statements and reports.
- Conduct monthly reviews of KPIs on yield, productivity, and production costs within the Manufacturing.
- Assist the sales department with costing analysis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather or provide necessary reports or information for accounting and audit purposes.
- Mentor, guide, and lead Supervisors and Senior Accountants as needed.
- Assist in designing and implementing accounting, finance processes, and internal controls.
2. HR Tasks:
- Payroll.
- Recruitment.
- Maintaining & Reinforcing Company Culture.
- Manage employee benefits.
- Update management on changes in labor law, if any.
