The Ad Operations Planner develops and runs ad strategies based on client goals. Key tasks include choosing platforms, setting KPIs, launching campaigns, and improving results through data analysis and teamwork with creatives.
Responsibilities:
■ Ad Planning
【MUST】
- Develop advertising strategies aligned with client objectives
- Select appropriate ad platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Google)
- Design KPIs such as CVR, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Engagement Rate, and Video View Rate
- Define audience targeting and segmentation
【WANT】
- Create creative briefs including tone & manner and messaging strategy
■ Setup & Execution
【MUST】
- Set up campaigns, ad sets, and creatives
- Choose optimal delivery strategies for each platform (e.g., CBO, A/B testing)
- Allocate advertising budgets strategically
【WANT】
- Implement and verify pixel and conversion tag setups
■ Optimization & Reporting
【MUST】
- Collect and monitor campaign performance data
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Execute PDCA cycles for performance improvement (e.g., ad copy, visuals, targeting)
- Collaborate with creative and design teams to enhance ad assets
■ Internal & External Coordination
【MUST】
- Work closely with project leads and designers
- Research and share insights on industry trends and competitor best practices
【WANT】
- Communicate with clients as needed (project updates, performance reporting)
