The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, driving business planning and development processes across Vietnam, and managing personal sales and debt responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Purpose of the position
- To find out the customers.
- To drive the business planning and developing processes of the assigned areas for the whole of Vietnam.
- Responsible for personal annual sales/debt
- To follow up on the business of the assigned products segment or areas.
- To develop, implement, and forecast to adapt the production/ importation timelines across multiple departments
- To follow up on after-sales service and recognize the satisfaction, and needs of the customers
2. Main duties and Responsibilities
- Finding out customers and evaluating customers to sell products.
- Introducing products to customers and working with customers.
- Responsible for the annual personal sales/debt assigned by the National Sales Manager Plan
- Sales plan, and travel plans.
- Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly forecast to adapt the production/ importation timelines across multiple departments.
- Maintaining the current customers and expanding the new customers.
- Proposing selling prices, and strategies; implementing initiatives.
- Networking & Relationship building supervise and provide strong support to existing and potential customers in all aspects of developing the assigned product category.
- Collaborate closely with Technical, Marketing Departments, and other Salesmen in the development, the proposal of products, solutions, and release of products.
- Undertaking or assigning the responsibility for making proposed documents, samples/demos, and testing products according to the requirements of the project or the assigned areas.
- Making a presentation in seminars, launches, and demonstrations for customers with the assigned product category.
- Other works as assigned by National Sales Manager.
