We are seeking a Corporate Sales Staff member to join our team, specializing in providing field sales and insurance risk management consultation to Japanese companies.
Responsibilities:
1. Overview
- Field sales and insurance risk management consultation.
- 70-80% maintenance of existing customers, 20-30% new sales.
- New sales are mainly referral-based from the head office in Japan.
2. Future Duties
- "Get the sale" using various customer sales methods (introduction, cold calling, presentations, etc).
- Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Evaluate customer skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
