Mô tả công việc

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. 

Responsibilities:

- Manage and responsible for sales result and all activities of the store (1000-2000 m2, 25-35 staffs)    
- Manage income, costs, gross profit and ensure operations achieve sales target.    
- Plan and execute business development Plan at the store in order to increase market shares and sales    
- Build and allocate KPIs for each department or individual at the store to achieve target.    
- Cooperate with related departments to execute promotion programs, stock displaying or with company policy.    
- Manage stock in the warehouse well to prevent loss    
- Responsible for manpower planning at store level    
- Manage all activities at store to fulfill company standard and create a dynamic, friendly working environment.    
- Sustain and plan to increase the frequency and purchasing power of the customers    
- Become the Ambassador of the Company to work with Customers and Supplier    
- Conduct market research to expand the business at store level    
- Ensure that all the displaying, hygiene and safety standards are carried out in accordance with Company policy.    
- Other tasks might be assigned by the BOD.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field.
- Have knowledge in Retail Industry is a plus.    
- Experience/: At least 3-5 years of experience at similar role    
- Skills:
- English or Japanese(no need so fluently but need to communicate/ interview with BOD)
- In depth knowledge related to stock displaying, stock labelling and the capability to plan promotion program within 1 year.
- Good understand about goods, the ability to resolves customer inquiries.
- Good at forecasting stock demand for better stock ordering.
- Adaptability    .
- Hard-working.
