Sous-chef is responsible for supporting overall kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and team management. This role includes following recipes from Japan, managing kitchen staff, and overseeing food safety and staff training.

* Responsibilities:

- General kitchen operations.
- Cooking instructions (recipes are sent from Japan)
- Staff recruitment and training.
- Management of foodstuffs and sanitation.
- Managing kitchen staff.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Essential Requirements; Sous-chef experience.
- The candidate can grill steak.
- Knowledge of food ingredients and sanitation.
- Ability to communicate in English or Japanese is a plus.
