Sous-chef is responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and hygiene, and supervising staff. The role includes following Japanese recipes, training team members, and overseeing food inventory.

* Responsibilities:

- General kitchen operations.
- Cooking instructions (recipes are sent from Japan)
- Staff recruitment and training.
- Management of foodstuffs and sanitation.
- Managing kitchen staff.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Essential Requirements; Sous-chef experience.
- The candidate can grill steak.
- Knowledge of food ingredients and sanitation.
- Ability to communicate in English or Japanese is a plus
