The Senior HR Cum GA role is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing comprehensive HR functions and general affairs within the organization. This role ensures effective management of compensation and benefits, HR operations, talent acquisition, and legal compliance, while also supporting company-wide projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. C&B
- Follow attendance & Leave management at HR ONLINE System.
- Upload the employee’s information into HR ONLINE System.
- Payroll, social insurance, PIT calculation.
- Representative of the company to work with Gov. departments (DOLISA, Social Insurance,..).
- Prepare and manage Letter Offer and Labor Contract.
- Projects such as retirement allowance system change, etc., and something related to laws.
2. HR Management
- Appraisal education, management, collecting, analysis.
- Salary raise and bonus handling.
- Onboarding, offboarding processing, answering questions from employees.
- Labor regulation update and submit to the Govt.
3. Talent Acquisition
- Recruitment status management, job posting, interview settings, interviews, offer letters.
4. General Affairs (GA) with GA staff
- Handling major projects and issues such as company trips, WP issues, SI lump sum payment processing, etc.
- Management and establishment of company rules (business trips, various events and allowances).
- Personal health Insurance management.
5. Legal with GA staff
- Management of contracts for our HR Consulting department (in cases when GA staff cannot handle)
- License and ERC-related support.
- Manage the compliance project with the Personal Information Protection Act.
6. Other
- Ad-hoc from BOD request and Manager.
