The Recruiting Advisor supports Japanese and foreign companies in Southern Vietnam with hiring. Key tasks include collecting job info, advising on recruitment needs, matching candidates, and keeping strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting job information from mainly Japanese and foreign companies based in Southern Vietnam
- Consulting with clients to confirm detailed hiring requirements
- Introducing candidates who match the job requirements
- Following up after hiring and discussing future recruitment plans or HR issues
- Over 3 years of sales experience in Japan, targeting Japanese clients (not necessarily in the HR industry, but experience with intangible products is preferred)
- Japanese language: N1 level or equivalent.
