Senior HR Consultant, Labor Management Team is responsible for providing expert advice and services in labor management to meet client needs. This role involves translating documents, engaging with clients, and supporting licensing and HR content management.
* Responsibility:
- Translation Tasks: Translate documents as needed between Japanese, English, and Vietnamese. (Internal Labour Regulation, Internal Procedures, Policy, Research,...) (40%)
- Client Communication: Engage with clients to deliver legal and labor management services that satisfy client needs and uphold our service standards. (20%)
- Licensing Support: Provide assistance and consultation regarding licensing matters, including but not limited to Investment Registration Certificates (IRC), Enterprise Registration Certificates (ERC), and other regulatory licenses. (10%)
- Newsletter & HR-Base Content: Support the updating and managing of HR-related content and newsletters on our website-based HR service platform. (5%)
- Customer Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships, promoting customer loyalty and long-term cooperation. (5%)
- Work Permit & Visa Management: Take responsibility for preparing documentation and liaising with clients to handle applications for Work Permits, Visas, and Temporary Residence Cards for expatriates and their families. (15%)
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager. (5%)
