HR Representative supports performance evaluation by working with managers and departments. The role includes explaining the personnel system, handling KPIs, evaluations, and other HR tasks.
* Responsibilities:
- Understanding the personnel system (grades, job title definitions, goal management, etc.)
- Explaining the system to each manager.
- Verifying numerical KPI items.
- Hearing about KPIs from each department.
- Confirming and examining whether KPIs are appropriate for the company's profits.
- Sending evaluation sheets to managers at the time of evaluation.
- Meeting with managers after submitting evaluation sheets.
- Performing relative evaluations and selecting and deciding which staff to promote.
