Mô tả công việc

- Assist to manage the delivery of Talent Development programs to clients.
- Support in Talent Development projects such as analyzing needs, regularly assessing and continuously improving development activities’ efficiency and quality, and designing and driving talent programs including framework design and consultancy.
- Making the timeline for each program, controlling the talent development schedule, and translating the document if necessary.
- Support to design, build, review, and improve regularly the performance & competence appraisal process and tools.
- Review the performance appraisal, and competency matrix to develop and design the career development/pathing solutions across the organization.
- Give insights regarding development needs and requirements by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses, support for training needs.
- Responsible for prior preparations before and during the projects.
- Support to draft assessment reports.
- Support to have good communication with clients to prepare & keep in touch well afterward.
- Other tasks as assigned by the leader from time to time (frequent business travel is required).

Yêu cầu công việc

- 3+ years of working experience in HR/Talent Development relevant fields such as developing organization-wide talent management programs that cover one or some of the following programs performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
