The Senior HR Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional HR consulting services.The candidate will have experience working with Japanese companies and a deep understanding of HR challenges and solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development (Proposal Sales):
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients (HR managers and business owners of Japanese companies).
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' HR challenges and objectives.
- Develop and present tailored consulting proposals that address client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements.
2. Consulting Project Execution:
- Collaborate with the local consulting team to design and develop HR solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Present proposed solutions to clients, address questions, and facilitate discussions.
- Gather and analyze client feedback, and communicate insights to the local consulting team for continuous improvement.
- Support the local consulting team in Japanese to ensure smooth project implementation.
3. Project Management:
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and facilitate discussions.
- Document meeting minutes and share with clients and the local consulting team.
- Initially, provide support for the above work of existing members.
