About the position:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Executive. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, developing and maintaining client relationships, and leading a team to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
1. Account & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivering results that exceed expectations.
- Identify client needs and proactively provide solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage third-party vendors and partners to ensure project success.

2. Project Execution & Coordination
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and with high quality.
- Prepare key materials, including client debriefs, contact reports, project timelines, quotation & KPI.
- Provide the internal team with necessary information and materials for execution.
- Track campaign performance using various metrics and generate reports for review.

3. Quality Control & Operational Efficiency
- Review all outputs to ensure they meet client cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.

4. Team Coordination & Development
- Lead and manage a team, including both people management and project management.
- Develop and implement training plans for team members, and provide regular feedback.
- Set team goals and lead the team to achieve them.
- Foster collaboration and ensure smooth workflow within the team.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive at an advertising agency or marketing firm, with extensive experience in social media. 
- Proven experience managing social media campaigns, influencer marketing, and digital advertising projects.
- Strong understanding of social media platform algorithms, channel growth, and content strategy.
- Experience supporting proposal creation, including quotation and KPI setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Business-level fluency in spoken and written English.
- High proficiency in data analysis using Excel and proposal creation using PowerPoint.
